Honored Traditions!
Welcome to Vintage Hunters Crossing, a brand-new rental
community soon to be an iconic landmark in Alcoa. Alcoa is in Blount County and
was formally known as North Maryville before it was incorporated in 1919. Like
the farmlands that once enriched the people of this land, the railroad and
Little Tennessee River spurred an industrial expansion starting with the
Aluminum Company of America (ALCOA), now known as Arconic Inc. followed by
Denso Manufacturing Tennessee, Inc. and soon Smith & Wesson, and an Amazon
Fulfillment Center.
Hard work, family values, and faith gave way to the Alcoa we
know and love today. Vintage Hunters Crossing honors the traditions of this
area with new, one-, two- and three-bedroom modern rental homes and abundant
neighborly spaces for rest and relaxation, swimming or exercising, working, or
playing. Daily delights at the community's Biergarten where the beer and wine occasionally flow, coffee and others treats are always available. Good
conversations with friendly neighbors make Vintage Hunters Crossing the place
to be in Alcoa.
